The site is across the highway from a Walmart Super Center, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Jack In The Box, Denny’s and Arby’s. A new 190 unit residential compound recently opened immediately behind the property. Mountain Highway is a major access road to Mt. Rainier National Park and other popular outdoor attractions.

Total project cost is estimated at $2,500,000.

Status: Land acquired, permitting in process. To be held for long term investment.
