Purchased an undeveloped 2 acre site. Planned, permitted and constructed an 18,000 square foot retail center with Starbucks, Sport Clips, T-Mobile, H&R Block, State Farm, Desert Sun and others. Mill Creek (Snohomish County) is a fast-growing suburb of Seattle and this new center helped bring much needed retail and restaurant amenities to the neighborhood.

Total project cost is estimated at $9,500,000.

Status: Constructed and sold to a 1031 exchange buyer.
