Purchased a 1.5 acre land parcel immediately off of Highway 84 and across Eagle View from St Luke’s Medical Center, one of the largest employers in the Meridian sub market. Tenants included Del Taco, Los Beto’s (a popular, multi-unit restaurant operator) and several medical related tenants.
Total project cost was $5,400,000.
