Under contract to acquire a 1.4 acre land parcel from the Successor Agency to the former Bell Redevelopment Agency. Planned development of a 14,000 square foot shopping center. Strong tenant line-up in place. We are currently remediating dry cleaner contamination.

Partnership with NGRE.

Total project cost is estimated at $9,000,000.

Status: Under contract, environmental remediation underway.
